The Bishop’s School Creates Opportunities for Professionalgrowth With Panorama’s Teacher Reports

The Bishop’s School in La Jolla partnered with Panorama Education to address a need for meaningful, actionable feedback to support faculty professional growth. The independent day school wanted to gather student perspectives on classrooms and teaching to reinforce a growth mindset, inform goal-setting, and measure teacher progress; they used Panorama’s student surveys and teacher reports to collect and analyze that feedback.

Panorama Education ran a voluntary pilot of student surveys across grades 6–12 and provided teacher reports that faculty reviewed with peers and mentors. The quick rollout (initial meeting in September, surveys administered by November) gave teachers concrete data to set targeted goals, track change over time, and improve practice—one teacher even achieved 100% student survey return—building confidence to expand the program and pursue additional climate surveys for staff.
