A Panorama Education Case Study
Rowan-Salisbury Schools, a district serving 18,000 students in North Carolina, faced significant challenges in adapting its multi-tiered system of supports (MTSS) to remote and hybrid learning during the COVID-19 pandemic. The district needed a way to equitably support all learners, adapt interventions for online delivery, and respond to unfinished learning. To address this, they partnered with Panorama Education to implement its Student Success MTSS platform district-wide.
Panorama Education's solution provided a centralized platform for viewing student data across academics, attendance, and behavior, housing intervention plans, and facilitating progress monitoring. This enabled the district to strengthen core instruction, adjust data decision rules, and improve collaboration among support teams. The measurable impact included increased communication and transparency across grade-level teams, efficient data analysis for identifying student needs, and the ability to track intervention plans for a transient student population as they moved between schools.
