Ogden School District improves attendance to 95% with Panorama Education

Ogden School District, serving 12,300 students in Utah, sought to build and systematize tiered intervention services across its entire district. The challenge was to move away from inefficient, individualized planning for every student and instead create consistent, repeatable Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) processes. They partnered with vendor Panorama Education, utilizing its platform to centralize their data and intervention management.

The solution implemented with Panorama Education included creating district-wide systems for data collection, intervention menus, and support teams. This allowed for consistent service delivery across all schools and efficient progress monitoring. As a result, the district achieved significant student outcomes, such as one student reducing their failing grades from 11 to 5, behavior incidents from 63 to 2, and improving attendance from 89% to 95% through a group-based intervention. Panorama provided the central data system crucial to this success.
