Liberty Schools Drive Systemic Change with SEL & MTSS

Liberty Public Schools, a district of 12,430 students and 19 schools in Clay County, Missouri, needed a better way to support educators after Missouri Senate Bill 681 required Reading Success Plans for students with substantial reading deficiencies or dyslexia risk. The district also wanted a system that could help staff build growth targets, monitor progress, keep families informed, and report on supports and assessments.

With Panorama Education’s Student Success platform, Liberty centralized reading data, created intervention plans, and streamlined reporting for the state’s twice-yearly requirements. The district said the platform saved substantial time and resources, and one ELA class saw a 15% increase in students reading at or above grade level over a single semester while students two or three levels below grade level decreased by 21%.
