How Gresham-Barlow School District Uses an Early Indicator & Intervention System to Promote Students' Career and Life Success

Gresham-Barlow School District in Oregon wanted a way to know every student by name, understand their interests, and identify where they might need support. To build a district-wide multi-tiered system of supports and align it with its Portrait of a Graduate, the district began looking for a robust data system to help staff focus on career and life success for students.

The district chose Panorama Education’s early warning indicator and intervention system to bring together early warning indicators, RTI, and PBIS in one place. With Panorama Education, Gresham-Barlow School District can identify students who need support, track interventions, and analyze data across academics, attendance, discipline, and surveys through an equity lens.
