A Panorama Education Case Study
Highline Public Schools, a diverse district serving 18,000 students near Seattle, sought to create a new district-wide program built on direct input from its student body. The challenge was to effectively gather this feedback and elevate student voices, especially from underrepresented communities. To meet this need, the district turned to Panorama Education and its Panorama Feedback Surveys.
The solution involved implementing Panorama's surveys across all schools. The data revealed key areas for improvement, specifically in students' sense of belonging and their positive relationships with adults. Acting on these insights, educators held community listening sessions and engaged students as co-creators of solutions. The results included the collection of over 900 feedback data points and the development of new professional frameworks to support students. Panorama Education empowered the district to use this data within its MTSS practices, creatively informing Tier 1 supports and beginning to leverage the feedback to better meet student needs.
