Cumberland County Equips Counselors To Find Their Way Back to Students

Cumberland County School District, the fifth-largest district in North Carolina, needed a better way to manage graduation tracking, transcript audits, and family engagement. High school counselors were spending most of their time manually auditing transcripts, which left less time to work directly with students and made it harder to keep up with complex state requirements and frequent student transfers.

The district implemented Panorama Education’s Panorama Pathways platform to automate transcript audits, flag missing credits and scheduling errors, and give students and families access to key information. Panorama Education helped Cumberland reduce eight weeks of transcript audit work to two weeks, while also improving data accuracy, staff morale, and confidence in planning for the school year.
