Coppell ISD uses Panorama to engage 13,000 learners with community-based accountability

Coppell Independent School District, a district of 13,000 learners in Texas, sought to develop a more holistic, community-based accountability system that moved beyond pure academic metrics to address student well-being and pressure. They partnered with vendor Panorama Education to gather and act on qualitative feedback from students, families, and staff using Panorama's feedback surveys and later the Student Success platform.

Panorama Education worked closely with Coppell ISD to implement a solution, including co-designing a customized, virtual professional development program for district-wide rollout. The solution enabled educators to unify and analyze data on attendance, behavior, and coursework, and to segment data by demographics to inform strategies. The partnership equipped the district to make data-driven instructional decisions, especially during hybrid learning, and to set specific well-being goals based on direct community feedback.
