Bellingham Public Schools uses Panorama Education to turn stakeholder feedback from 3 groups into stronger entry plans

Bellingham Public Schools sought a way to support new school and district administrators in creating effective entry plans as they transitioned into their roles. The challenge was to help these leaders quickly understand the needs and priorities of their new school communities. They partnered with Panorama Education, using its survey platform to gather stakeholder feedback.

Panorama provided a solution by supplying feedback data from students, families, and staff that was aligned to the district’s strategic plan. This data gave incoming principals a quantitative foundation to identify areas of strength and growth, inform strategic goal-setting, and determine which stakeholders to involve in decision-making. As a result, new leaders could create more informed entry plans. Furthermore, Panorama's data is now used by the district to add quantitative measures to its progress reports to the school board, moving beyond anecdotes to capture perceptions on important outcomes.
