Onfit Training College is an Australian online health and fitness college that requires students to submit video assessments as part of their nationally accredited courses. Their original submission workflow was a patchwork of Dropbox and Google Drive links that created student confusion and forced teachers into a nine-step, time-consuming review process — a problem that became untenable when a partnership with F45 added 350 students.

Onfit replaced the ad hoc system with Panopto, centralizing video submission and review. The switch cut the review workflow from nine steps to three, reduced handling time per assessment from about 2 hours to 45 minutes, sped up grading 2.5× (turnaround now under one week), saved roughly 20 hours/week for the manager and hundreds of hours overall, and avoided hiring extra staff.
