Pontificia Universidad Javeriana Cali, a university in Colombia, had a long-term plan to expand video learning tools across its campus to improve student outcomes. When the COVID-19 pandemic forced a sudden shift to remote learning, the university's Center for Information Services had to accelerate its three-year plan to find a new video platform that could integrate with its existing systems like Blackboard and Zoom.

Within the first month, nearly half of all courses were recorded, and students streamed over 12,000 hours of video.
