A global industrial engineering firm held a three-day internal conference in Madrid with about 800 attendees, 35 speakers and more than 30 sessions. Organizers faced a common challenge: preserving the event’s presentations quickly and cost‑effectively — previous approaches required expensive AV crews and equipment, were labor‑intensive, and the team estimated 200 hours of work and a 30–45 day turnaround.
