Suzuyo System Technology, the IT arm of Japan’s Suzuyo Group, faced growing communication challenges as the company expanded and the COVID-19 shift to remote work reduced face-to-face interaction. The result was a top-down culture where sharing company values and cross-division engagement became difficult.
After evaluating video solutions, Suzuyo implemented Panopto in 2021 to modernize how teams share knowledge and training. Employees began producing on-demand and short-form videos for training and internal communication, which improved operations, cut training time and overall working hours, and helped restore connection and company culture during remote work.
