Qualcomm, a global leader in wireless semiconductor technology with more than 27,000 employees across 157 locations, needed a more scalable, lower-cost way to deliver its extensive instructor-led and technical training (hundreds of classes annually) to employees, partners, and contractors. Relying on external vendors to record and produce training videos created delays, rising costs, and limited searchability and mobile readiness — obstacles that threatened the company’s ability to scale its learning programs.

By adopting Panopto, Qualcomm moved video production in-house, creating searchable, mobile-ready recordings in minutes and making on-demand training widely accessible.
