Symphony Care Network, a Chicago-based post-acute care provider, was drowning in operational data from 28 locations—one vitals table alone grew to 250 million rows collected every few minutes. After over-provisioning and under-utilizing Snowflake, Symphony needed a simpler, cost-effective platform to keep data accurate and accessible for frontline staff, and evaluated Panoply as an alternative.
