Flooid, a retail technology innovator (formerly PCMS) that supports major retailers such as Waitrose, John Lewis, Marks & Spencer and Walgreens, needed a way to unlock the value in vast operational data. To give retail managers a visual, real-time overview of back‑end and front‑end operations — including stock management, customer footfall and PoS — Flooid partnered with Panintelligence to provide embedded analytics and self‑service dashboards for its customers.

Flooid implemented Panintelligence’s real‑time dashboards and advanced analytics, bridging data scientists and business SMEs so managers can make faster, data‑driven decisions. Launched in January 2020 at The Big Retail Show in New York, the solution has been rolled out to Flooid’s customer base — supporting a reach that includes 8,500 Walgreens stores and 20,000 M&S tills — delivering greater transparency, quicker decision‑making and ongoing expansion of analytics capabilities through the Panintelligence platform.
