ACI, a specialist provider of fraud prevention and payments systems best known for its real‑time, cloud‑based ACI ReD Shield platform, faced a need to give internal and external stakeholders direct, secure, real‑time access to data for in‑depth analysis. They required a single‑infrastructure, single‑database self‑service BI solution with multi‑layer security that could serve multiple merchants simultaneously without any cross‑customer data exposure, and cover their global operations — so ACI engaged Panintelligence to deliver a PI Dashboard‑based solution integrated into their ReDi portal.

Panintelligence implemented a self‑service BI solution (the PI Dashboard within ACI’s ReDi portal) that let customers’ fraud teams move from report production to complex analytics, with tailored dashboards showing KPIs, calendars and local views for individual merchants. Six months after the first meeting ACI ran a prototype with a major US eCommerce retailer with extremely positive feedback; ReDi is now used internally and continues to be enhanced, enabling faster product development and more effective anti‑fraud strategies thanks to Panintelligence’s platform.
