Madrid Digital, the Agency for Digital Administration of the Madrid region, needed a unified monitoring system to collect technical metrics and reliably manage events across a diverse infrastructure of servers, applications, network devices, sensors and business processes. Pandora FMS was implemented and integrated into Madrid Digital’s incident life cycle (including Selenium for user‑experience checks), enabling automated alerts, ticketing and escalation for critical services; the platform now monitors over 500 servers/devices and roughly 120,000 metrics. As a result, Madrid Digital reports a 200% reduction in diagnosis time, widespread automation of reactive actions, and better data‑driven decision making thanks to Pandora FMS.
