G4S, the global security outsourcing leader with a 35‑year presence in Greece and a nationwide network of 2,500+ employees, needed a modern monitoring solution to support over 50 servers, an MPLS network across 15+ sites and complex applications. During IT modernization they sought timely alerts, reduced unscheduled downtime, and integration with Active Directory, SMS gateways and their ticketing system — requirements that led them to evaluate and select Pandora FMS.

Pandora FMS was deployed with agents across servers and multi‑method monitoring (SNMP, WMI, ICMP), covering VMWare virtual farms, SQL/Oracle databases, legacy and web applications; G4S now runs over 1,500 monitors on more than 85 agents (including 50+ servers and 50+ network devices).
