Cajasol, a Spanish private bank and foundation with almost 1,000 branches, faced a large, complex production environment—250 servers supporting applications for 6,000 internal users and millions of external customers. To reduce incident resolution time and become proactive (alerting before problems and narrowing root causes), Cajasol selected the Pandora FMS monitoring system.

Pandora FMS, deployed with partner El Sendero/Artica, replaced two separate open‑source tools with a unified platform including 240 customized agents, role‑based consoles, alert thresholds, documentation and operator training. The Pandora FMS deployment delivered a single interface, real‑time email alerts, automatic agent onboarding, historical data access and visual consoles, enabling faster problem prediction and resolution and delivering reported cost savings versus comparable solutions.
