A PandoLogic Case Study
GBS Worldwide, a digital advertising firm that supports employer branding and talent acquisition for its clients, was struggling to get strong results from prior programmatic job advertising providers. The team needed better applicant volume, clearer transparency into performance, and more accurate geo-targeting for hiring campaigns, especially for clients with hard-to-fill roles in specific regions. To solve this, GBS turned to PandoLogic and its AI-enabled job advertising platform, pandoIQ, for an initial three-month campaign.
PandoLogic implemented pandoIQ for a client campaign and worked closely with GBS on setup, reporting, and ongoing adjustments. The results were significantly better than previous solutions: GBS received about 8,000 applicants in three months for one client, roughly eight times the volume generated in an entire prior year, while also seeing improved responsiveness and easier access to data. Based on this success, GBS expanded its partnership with PandoLogic and began deploying pandoIQ with additional clients.
