TPD is an international workforce and HR solutions firm that struggled with heavy, decentralized paperwork across offices in North America. Staff were spending significant time assembling, printing, signing, scanning and re-uploading forms from local files, which led to inconsistent branding, outdated legal language, errors and long administrative workflows.
TPD implemented PandaDoc (integrated with HubSpot and Stripe) to centralize document storage, standardize branding and automate workflows with e-signatures and online invoicing. The change cut onboarding from one hour to 15 minutes (a 75% reduction), saved 188 hours and about $3,700 per month (roughly $18,000 annually) in administrative costs, eliminated other software licenses, and enabled TPD to hire and onboard over 300 people in under two weeks during the Fort Mac wildfire crisis.
