Mohave Community College's HR Department Goes Completely Paperless with PandaDoc

Mohave Community College, a two-year rural college serving about 1,400 students across multiple Arizona campuses, needed to move its HR processes off paper. HR relied on printed forms for everything from insurance and taxes to background releases, which required printing, mailing, manual signatures, scanning and filing—creating long process times and heavy administrative burden. The HR director wanted a solution that looked familiar to users and would gain broad buy-in.

By building and rolling out about 65 PandaDoc templates and gradually routing forms through the platform, MCC made PandaDoc a core HR tool and encouraged other departments to adopt it. The college went paperless in under a year, reclaimed roughly 15 hours per week in staff time, and expanded use to Compliance and Risk, Financial Aid, and the Center for Learning and Excellence in Technology.
