They implemented PandaDoc in March 2021 to centralize templates, integrate with Salesforce, and track document activity. The change cut proposal creation from a couple hours to about 10–20 minutes (≈85% faster), enabled in‑CRM creation, sending, tracking and eSign, improved consistency and CRM documentation, added an approval audit trail, and introduced pre‑discovery Forms—delivering quick adoption with minimal training and plans to next automate contracts.
