Food4Heroes served 150,000 meals to frontline workers

Food4Heroes is a UK non-profit started during the COVID-19 pandemic to coordinate local caterers and volunteers to deliver hot, nutritious meals to NHS frontline workers. What began as support for a single hospital quickly scaled to 300+ meals per hospital across more than 30 hospitals, creating a paperwork-heavy need for onboarding and agreements for volunteers, catering partners, and hospitals—workflows that had to integrate with their HubSpot CRM.

PandaDoc donated two business licenses and an integrated document-management solution, enabling Food4Heroes to build, customize, send and e-sign agreements quickly while gaining better workflow visibility. The improved process helped the charity scale operations: it has delivered 150,000+ meals (with a goal of 250,000 by June 2020) and continues to rely on PandaDoc to onboard more volunteers and sustain services beyond the pandemic.
