Crosscard, a 51–200-employee European fintech that issues digital B2B and B2C payment solutions, relied on manually emailing lengthy PDF proposals and contracts from HubSpot. That process created long sales cycles and frequent legal back-and-forth (including illegible customer edits), plus compliance risk and time-consuming, error-prone manual entry of customer responses into the CRM.
Crosscard implemented PandaDoc (after comparing alternatives) to templatize documents, require complete answers with eSignature/actionable fields, and integrate with HubSpot; they also used Zapier and webhooks to sync responses to the CRM and back up contracts to Google Drive. The change cut contract generation from ~10 minutes to under 1, shortened review cycles from ~10 days to 2–5 days, automated customer-data capture into HubSpot, and eliminated much of the manual work for reps.
