Concord School District of New Hampshire transitioned 5,000+ students to remote learning in response to COVID-19

Concord School District of New Hampshire is a public system serving about 5,000 students and 1,200 staff across seven schools and a regional technical center. The district relied on decades-old paper workflows—mailing roughly 1,200 teacher contracts a year—which caused delays, lost documents, extra postage and paper costs, and time-consuming manual data entry. Budget constraints and the difficulty of onboarding thousands of staff, students, and parents made adopting new technology risky.

The district’s Director of Technology selected PandaDoc for its predictable pricing, ease of use, security, SSO and bulk-send features, allowing a six-person IT team to roll it out quickly. PandaDoc eliminated mailing and manual entry, enabled teachers to sign contracts by phone, and allowed rapid expansion to handle IEP/504 signatures during COVID-19. The result: fewer bottlenecks, more efficient HR and administrative work, and interest from other districts whose staff experienced the improvements.
