AeroNet Wireless Broadband, an internet service provider in Puerto Rico serving both B2B and B2C customers, needed a more flexible way to create highly customized contracts and collect eSignatures. Their previous tool was too rigid, forcing sales reps to manually build documents and spend too much time on contract generation. AeroNet turned to PandaDoc API to automate document creation and streamline its workflow.
By embedding PandaDoc’s document generation and eSignature capabilities into its systems, AeroNet could automatically generate contracts and populate them with CRM data, even for heavily customized deals. The result was a major productivity gain: AeroNet reports contract creation is now around 80% faster, with sales reps reducing each contract from 10–12 minutes to about 2 minutes. PandaDoc’s flexible API helped AeroNet save hours of manual work each day.
