OCS re-platforms 16 global websites with Pancentric Digital

OCS Group, one of the world's largest family-owned facilities management companies, faced the challenge of an underperforming and fragmented global web estate. Their patchwork of regional websites did not reflect the scale of their operations. They partnered with Pancentric Digital to undertake a digital transformation and consolidate their online presence.

Pancentric Digital re-platformed the global web estate, initially implementing a solution using Sitecore and later migrating it to the open-source Umbraco CMS. This solution included integration with Salesforce CRM and resulted in 16 country websites and a corporate site running on a unified platform. The project provided OCS with fantastic new capabilities, dramatically streamlined the content editing experience, and step-changed how they run their CRM.
