Existing off-the-shelf e-learning options felt too dry, and weak product education was starting to affect both new business and growth with existing clients. Pancentric Digital built a gamified e-learning platform that used short product videos, timed tests, badges, leaderboards, and a community feed to tap into the sales team’s competitive instincts. The platform also identified knowledge gaps to guide future training.
