A Pancentric Digital Case Study
Hitachi Europe worked with Pancentric Digital to test a new online healthcare service aimed at improving patient access to trusted physiotherapists in their local area. The initial concept was a “find-a-physio” aggregator platform, with key questions around whether patients would repeat book through it and whether physiotherapists would pay for the service.
Pancentric Digital designed and built the MVP, called Physiyou, using an agile approach and three 2-week sprints to get it to market in just 6 weeks. The service launched as a London market test, enabling postcode searches, profile browsing and appointment booking, with physios recruited manually for the pilot; the result was a rapid validation of the concept and a clear phase-2 path toward online registration.
