Using Panaya, the team executed automated code corrections and streamlined testing processes, which enabled rapid recovery from a delayed start. The project was completed one week ahead of schedule, with significant efficiency gains: 257 custom code adaptations were implemented, 40 defects were resolved, and 750 tests were executed by just four testers. Panaya's solution enhanced visibility and control, positioning La Poste's systems for a smoother future transition to SAP S/4HANA.
