Inter-Pacific Bar Association launches one Flutter app for 900+ attendees with Panaxeo

The Inter-Pacific Bar Association (IPBA), a global legal association, faced the challenge of its members having to download a new third-party app for each annual conference, with smaller events sometimes having no app at all. Their existing white-labeled solutions were not tailored for specialized legal events. IPBA partnered with Panaxeo to develop a custom mobile application to solve this problem.

Panaxeo built a unified Flutter app for iOS and Android that integrates with IPBA's backend via Firebase. The solution provides single sign-on for members, access to all conferences within one app, personalized agendas, and a member directory. Piloted at their 2025 Annual Meeting with over 900 attendees, the app received positive feedback and was refined for better usability. The vendor, Panaxeo, delivered a scalable solution that IPBA's past secretary-general praised for its understanding of their needs and quick delivery.
