Dyn faced the challenge of adapting its workplace to the Great Resignation, with rising turnover across the PR industry and employees demanding more flexibility, growth, and support. PAN Communications helped address this by rethinking its employee experience and creating a more dynamic environment, including a HyFlex model and expanded career development options.

PAN Communications implemented a broader people-first strategy that added specialized roles, strengthened DE&I and wellness policies, and offered benefits like unlimited PTO and flexible schedules.
