PAN Communications helped address this by rethinking its employee experience and creating a more dynamic environment, including a HyFlex model and expanded career development options.
PAN Communications implemented a broader people-first strategy that added specialized roles, strengthened DE&I and wellness policies, and offered benefits like unlimited PTO and flexible schedules. The results included 25 employees in specialized roles, up from none a few years earlier, and the return of four former employees, showing measurable success in improving retention and attracting boomerang talent.
