University of Technology Sydney streamlines wayfinding across 8,000+ signs with PAM

The University of Technology Sydney (UTS) faced significant challenges with campus navigation and managing redundant, difficult-to-update physical signage for its large and growing student body. To address this, UTS partnered with vendor PAM to implement its smart wayfinding platform.

PAM implemented its origin product, featuring ADA-adjustable and multilingual kiosks, alongside its Map Editor and Wayfinding Library. This solution guided 46,000 students and was engaged by 30% of attendees on Orientation Day. The implementation of over 8,000 digital signs across 20+ buildings streamlined management and is projected to deliver significant future savings, establishing a foundational partnership that launched the PAM vendor.
