Village Roadshow, a Melbourne-based entertainment company operating theme parks, cinemas and related services for millions of guests annually, faced an aging, MPLS-based network and legacy firewalls that hampered cloud adoption, user experience and operational agility. The security team needed a carrier-agnostic, scalable solution to reduce costs, consolidate multiple vendors and support a hybrid workforce and rapidly changing site requirements.

Working with Cube Networks, Village Roadshow deployed Palo Alto Networks NGFWs and Prisma SASE (Prisma Access, Prisma SD‑WAN, Panorama and GlobalProtect) to modernize networking and security. The single-vendor SASE rollout delivered stronger security and consistent user experience, automatic redundancy during outages, consolidation-driven cost savings, and a reduction in service-desk demand that freed over 5,000 man‑hours per month while enabling a Zero Trust posture.
