TTEC Holdings migrates 85% of workloads to the cloud with Palo Alto Networks

TTEC Holdings, a global business process outsourcing company, sought to securely migrate the vast majority of its operations to the cloud. Palo Alto Networks provided a platformized solution using Prisma Access for secure remote access, Next-Generation Firewalls for on-premises and cloud environments, and Prisma Cloud for security posture management. The results were significant: TTEC successfully migrated 85% of its workloads to the cloud in just two years, reduced its data centers from nine to two, and secured 40,000 global users. This partnership with Palo Alto Networks provided consistent, centralized security and prepared the company for future automation and AI initiatives.
