Case Study: TES achieves simplified SecOps and greater visibility across 21 countries with Palo Alto Networks Cortex XDR

A Palo Alto Networks Case Study

Preview of the TES Case Study

TES gains simplified SecOps and greater visibility across all data with the Cortex XDR platform

TES, a high-technology IT asset disposition provider headquartered in Australia with ~2,000 employees across ~40 sites in 21 countries, processes millions of assets annually and needed to strengthen its cybersecurity posture. After the pandemic increased risk, TES sought centralized governance, faster incident detection/response and recovery, rapid deployment, and compliance with frameworks such as ISO27001 and NIST CSF.

Working with XMDR partner RightSec, TES deployed Palo Alto Networks Cortex XDR (onboarded in two weeks) with RightSec’s vCISO and 24/7 SOC services. The integrated solution provided unified visibility, automated detection and response, and MITRE ATT&CK–aligned controls, improving risk visibility and incident response (moving Detect/Response to higher maturity), reducing analyst headcount needs and costs, and meeting regulatory and vendor-assurance requirements.
