A Palo Alto Networks Case Study
The Supreme Committee for Delivery & Legacy faced the challenge of protecting the 2022 World Cup in Qatar from cyber threats across over 80,000 endpoints, including stadium Wi-Fi and critical infrastructure. They needed to ensure a safe event for millions of visitors by preventing sophisticated attacks and scaling their incident response capabilities. To meet this challenge, they partnered with Palo Alto Networks and deployed its Cortex platform.
Palo Alto Networks implemented its Cortex XDR and Cortex XSOAR solutions to provide behavior-based protection and automate security operations. This solution enabled the Supreme Committee for Delivery & Legacy to remediate 90% of security incidents within one minute, delivering efficient and resilient security for the tournament's infrastructure and resulting in significant operational savings.
