A Palo Alto Networks Case Study
Relo Group, a Japan-based real estate and corporate relocation services provider with more than 4,200 employees and roughly 5,000 endpoint devices, faced growing operational challenges from managing multiple endpoint security products. Handling sensitive client and employee data made robust endpoint protection essential, but investigating incidents was time-consuming because IT teams had to check across several disparate tools. The company sought a unified, easy-to-manage platform from a leading cybersecurity vendor to reduce investigation time and streamline operations.
Relo Group upgraded from Cortex XDR Prevent to Cortex XDR Pro after a successful proof of concept and deployed the solution to about 5,000 endpoints. Consolidating antivirus, EPP and EDR features (with WildFire integration) simplified deployment and tuning, cut security monitoring workload, and sped up incident response—particularly for remote devices. The company reports stronger endpoint security and plans to extend Cortex XDR Pro to servers and overseas subsidiaries and consider add-ons like Host Insights for further visibility and management.
