Koçtaş, Turkey’s leading home improvement retailer with over 400 stores and a rapidly expanding online marketplace, faced growing exposure across point-of-sale systems, supply-chain links, IoT devices and customer data. Koçtaş adopted a connected Palo Alto Networks platform—ML-powered next‑generation firewalls, Prisma Access, DNS and IoT security, Cortex XDR and ADEM—to replace siloed systems and unify visibility and control. Prisma Access was rolled out in a week for 700 users and Enterprise IoT Security now protects ~2,000 devices; the integrated stack cut false alarms from ~20 to 1 daily, reduced incident root-cause resolution from up to four hours to under 20 minutes, enabled seamless secure remote work, simplified compliance, and supported ongoing retail expansion.
