Dah Chong Hong Holdings Limited (DCH) is a Hong Kong–based motor and consumer products distributor operating across 12 Asian economies with decentralized, locally managed IT at each office. This fragmented environment made network security resource‑intensive and inconsistent, so DCH needed to standardize firewalls and centralize security management to reduce labor, speed deployments, and close vulnerabilities across its branches.

After evaluating vendors, DCH chose Palo Alto Networks and deployed more than 200 Next‑Generation Firewalls (PA‑220 to PA‑3200) plus Panorama for centralized management. The new solution enabled remote, days‑long deployments, faster security updates and vulnerability response, a 10% reduction in bandwidth use, and improved support and issue resolution; DCH has rolled out infrastructure to 200+ mainland China branches and is expanding to Hong Kong and Southeast Asia with an APAC completion target of three years.
