Global IT Services PSF (GITS) is a Luxembourg-based managed cloud provider that hosts regulated financial, legal and SaaS firms in a VMware NSX-powered, multi-tenant software-defined data center. GITS needed to automate security policy provisioning and management for each tenant’s unique business and compliance requirements while maintaining deep east–west visibility and strict regulatory segregation.

GITS deployed the Palo Alto Networks Next-Generation Security Platform (virtual VM-1000-HV firewalls with Threat Prevention, URL Filtering, WildFire, Panorama and support) integrated with VMware NSX to enable VM-level visibility, automated policy templates and centralized management. The deployment delivered granular traffic control, automated policy lifecycle management for faster tenant onboarding, tenant-specific security options that ensured CSSF compliance, new revenue-generating service bundles and a stronger competitive position—without any recorded breaches since implementation.
