Jovia extends Zero Trust protection everywhere, from branch to users to apps

Jovia Financial Credit Union, a New York–based institution with an 85‑year history, needed to modernize its network and security to deliver always‑on, high‑performance connectivity for branches, improve employee and customer experience, gain visibility into network and application performance, and extend Zero Trust protection across users, apps, data and locations while simplifying operations.

Jovia implemented Palo Alto Networks’ Prisma SD‑WAN, Prisma Access, Next‑Generation Firewalls, Enterprise DLP, SaaS Security, ADEM and Strata Cloud Manager (with Copilot) to adopt a SASE, Zero Trust architecture and consolidate tooling. The rollout eliminated recurring weekly outages (achieving continuous branch uptime), consolidated 30 tools into one, saved about $500K annually, improved troubleshooting and observability, and enabled active prevention of data loss—significantly strengthening security posture and user experience.
