Inspira’s Cyber Fusion Centers automate incident response with Cortex XSOAR

Inspira is a global cybersecurity firm and managed security service provider (MSSP) founded in 2008 with about 1,500 staff across the U.S., UAE, India and Asia-Pacific. Operating Cyber Fusion Centers (CFCs) for internal and customer environments, Inspira faced SOC inefficiencies—manual processes, slow P1/P2 incident handling, and a need for a unified, scalable SOAR platform to shorten detection and response times and simplify client onboarding.

Inspira selected Cortex XSOAR for its broad integrations and Cortex portfolio, building standardized playbooks (20+ internally and many for top customers) to automate triage, case management and remediation. The result: consolidated incident management, faster collaboration, and a roughly 70% reduction in average incident resolution—from about 12 hours to 1.5–2 hours—freeing analysts for higher‑value work and enabling faster deployments and global scaling.
