Cybellum, a cybersecurity company helping automotive OEMs and suppliers identify and remediate software risks across the vehicle lifecycle, needed a more agile documentation process. Using Microsoft Word for product documentation and wikiJS for its knowledge base was no longer fast or flexible enough to keep up with growing documentation demands, frequent updates, and the need for more consistent, accessible content.

Cybellum chose Paligo, a cloud-based CCMS, to centralize product knowledge and support reusable, topic-based authoring with multimedia and multi-author collaboration. With Paligo, Cybellum now publishes user guides, release notes, and a knowledge center from a single source, can deliver content much faster—sometimes the same day it is requested—and can provide online documentation in HTML5, including offline access and integration into its platform and Git workflows.
