The Drupal Association, the non-profit organization behind the open-source Drupal project, needed to modernize its outdated Drupal.org website. The site was running on the obsolete Drupal 7 and no longer showcased Drupal's full capabilities, hindering marketing efforts aimed at promoting adoption. The Association partnered with Palantir.net to migrate the site to Drupal 10 and deliver a performant, user-focused design.

Palantir.net implemented a component-based design system and an incremental migration plan, launching a new homepage and key marketing pages for DrupalCon Barcelona. The solution garnered positive feedback and led to a full launch in December 2024, which saw 26,000 hits on the new homepage in its first week. Palantir's work dramatically improved test coverage and empowered the Drupal Association's internal team for future development.
