Southwest Waste Services’ Purchase Orders Skyrocket with PairSoft Procurement

Southwest Waste Services, one of Florida’s fastest-growing waste-hauling, recycling, disposal, and dumpster-rental companies, was already using PairSoft AP Automation but needed a better way to manage procurement in Microsoft Dynamics GP. The team wanted a more agile procurement platform to streamline purchase requests, improve approval workflows, and automatically transmit purchase orders to vendors.

PairSoft implemented PairSoft Procurement alongside the company’s existing AP Automation setup, giving Southwest Waste Services direct procurement capabilities within Dynamics GP without data migration. In just two and a half weeks, the company got 17 users live and processed 270 purchase requests in 10 days, with minimal support needed. PairSoft also enabled custom catalogs, pricing, GLs, vendors, and part numbers, helping the team gain stronger control, efficiency, and visibility across procure-to-pay.
