Saint Andrew’s School, a private day and boarding school in Boca Raton serving nearly 1,300 students, struggled with time-consuming fundraising administration: donor paperwork stacking up and document searches or filing that could take minutes to days. To address this, the school selected PairSoft’s document management system (integrating with The Raiser's Edge) to streamline donor records and reduce manual paperwork.
PairSoft implemented a solution that links donor paperwork directly to Raiser's Edge records so staff can access documents instantly during calls. As a result, PairSoft cut document search time from 10–20 minutes to 1–3 minutes, reduced filing that once took up to three days down to minutes, eliminated much physical storage space through digitization, and freed development staff to focus more on donor engagement.
