Reedy Creek Improvement District, the public corporation in Lake Buena Vista responsible for local government services across resort lands, was struggling with growing, paper-based requisitions that created bottlenecks, lost requests, and no visibility into approval status—hindering budget control. Although they used Microsoft Dynamics GP for accounting, Dynamics GP lacked a requisition tool, so Reedy Creek sought a web-based solution and discovered PairSoft’s Requisition product at the Microsoft Dynamics Convergence event.
PairSoft implemented its PairSoft Requisition solution integrated with Dynamics GP, adding workflow automation, approval reminders, and budget‑to‑actual visibility with over‑budget warnings. After training led by Deputy Finance Manager Susan Higginbotham, Reedy Creek rolled the system out to 125 users, significantly reduced requisition processing time, improved spending behavior, and gained streamlined requisitions, increased efficiency, and clear workflow visibility.
